4 day Course - A New Vision of Aging.
Session 1: Changing our consciousness about aging by having the intention to make life affirming changes, build new neural pathways, repeat beneficial practices, and shift to value both inner and outer authority. Developing and practicing self compassion in order to cope more effectively with change, worry and stress associated with aging.
Session 2: Understanding transformative practices and becoming aware of the way we view the world, our relationships, and experiences.
Session 3: Identifying and utilizing transformations we have already experienced to better understand who we are and who we are becoming.
Session 4: Realizing the Vision and integrating it into our lives by creating intentions that will guide us towards peaceful and fulfilling years
1 day course - Equanimity in Challenging Times. Reflection, connection, and personal insight help us explore how to meet life’s changes with greater clarity, intention, and equanimity. Through guided practices, journaling, group dialogue, and mindfulness techniques, participants will learn to observe their thoughts and behaviors with compassion and curiosity. Through a mix of guided reflection, journaling, and group discussion, participants will explore how to stay centered in the face of stress, uncertainty, or emotional reactivity.
1 day course - Transformation through reflection. This course offers a structured and supportive space to explore the power of self-reflection as a tool for meaningful transformation. Participants are guided through reflective exercises—such as journaling prompts, self-inquiry, and mindfulness techniques—that reveal how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. By learning to observe without judgment, students develop greater self-understanding, which becomes the foundation for personal growth and lasting change.
